26 Warren B&B is located in one of the early proprietor’s homes in historic Hudson NY. It is a unique Adams style brick building with high ceilings and windows. The home was once the residence of the painter Edward Avedisian, and a number of his unique hand painted walls and doors have been preserved during the recent renovation. 
At present we offer four rooms. See the rooms and rates tab for more informations on each room.
Breakfasts are very special at 26 Warren and David will treat you to a fabulous 3 course vegetarian breakfast. Please note that a gluten free menu is also available.  
 
Rates:$150 – $250/ night – We have a 2 night minimum on weekends.   We may make exceptions  for an added fee of $50 and a refund of $25 if we are able to rent the following night. Also, check with us for corporate rates during the week days. Occupancy per room is two people, each additional person in the room will be charged $50.00 per night.
