We have a 2 night minimum on weekends. We may make exceptions for an added fee of $50 and a refund of $25 if we are able to rent the following night. Also, check with us for corporate rates during the week days. Occupancy per room is two people, each additional person in the room will be charged $50.00 per night.
Check in: Check in is 2pm and check out is at 11am. (other times may be arranged with your host)
Deposits: A $50 deposit is required to hold your reservation; the balance is due on arrival.
Cancellations: To receive a full refund, cancellation must be made two weeks prior to your arrival date (less a $25 dollar fee per room). If cancellation is within the two weeks prior to arrival then 50% of the fee will be charged. If you cancel less than 72 hours in advance the full reservation will be charged. Every effort will be made to rebook the rooms if you need to cancel, if we successfully rebook the same period the full fee will be returned, less a $25 processing fee.
Children: Children of all ages are welcome but for any additional bedding or breakfast, there will be an additional $50 charge.
Smoking: There is no smoking in the house. However the porches may be used if there are no other guests present.
Parking: Parking is easily available on the street, with alternate side rules in effect
Pets: Sorry no pets, we have a hypoallergenic cat with short hair instead of fur that comes to visit occasionally.
Group and Wedding Policies: For reservations of 3+room block (2 nights min/3 nights on holiday weekends)
1. A non-refundable deposit of $250 is required to hold block of rooms for dates chosen more then 2 months before the event.
2. 2 months prior to the event, if there are rooms that have not yet been reserved by your guests in your “block of rooms”, in order to keep the rooms held you will need to raise your non-refundable deposit to cover 1 night for each room that you still want held under your block.
3. 2 weeks prior to the event, to keep the rooms that have not yet been booked by your guests, you will need to raise your non-refundable deposit to cover in full each room that you still want held under your block.
4. After the event, we will reimburse you for each room that was booked by your guests minus a $35 processing fee per room
