Rooms and Rates

The Kiki suite is named after Kiki Smith who inspired us to start this B&B. It is a spacious bedroom suite (15 1/2 X 22 1/2), with a king size bed and a large private bathroom (11X15) with a separate room for the toilet. The room has access to a porch where, in good weather condition, breakfast can be served. Kiki suite: $225 per night (week day rate is $180)

 

The Edward suite is named after Edward Avedisian because of his presence on the three doors in the room. It is a spacious bedroom suite (15X14), with a king size bed and a private bathroom. The room has access to a large porch.  Edward suite: $200 per night (week day rate is $160)

 

The Studio room is nice sized room (15X15) that is cosy and comfortable with high ceilings, two large windows, a private bathroom and a four poster double bed. The Studio room: $175 per night.(week day rate is $140)

 

The Laurion Room is our latest addition. The room is spacious (16X16) and filled with beautiful morning light. It has a king size bed and a private shower and also has access to a deck and our garden: $200 per night. (week day rate is $160)

 

Please note that none of our rooms have TVs.

Options for group stays: We can offer 2 to 3 room combinations with a lovely private living room area to hang out with your friends and/or family. Inquire within.
